can we talk about the exclusivity? This puts at a serious sustainable competitive advantage. What are MEI going to use? If they come in, we will get to clip the ticket, diversifying revenue streams. The more MEI do, the more we would make.
we also have more land than before, so starting to look more and more like we have an advantage
