According to the announcement, 500 Meters north of the original Factory, 30,000 sqm, I've marked the new factory location in the above photo. Google Maps doesn't have a street view in China so I've tried Baidu Map. If anyone interested to take a look yourself, try the address 45 Nanjing Zhongxindong in Chinese"南京中兴东路45号"。The factory is next to 2 major highway and one of those is directly to Shanghai.

Under Chinese Property Law, there are no permanent land. All Commercial land have a 40 years and 70 years for the residential land. At the end of 40 years, agreement can be extended under new agreement and price. If the agreement not extended at the end or period, any property built on the land goes back to the Government.
