I wouldn’t say that expanding the existing facility is a sign for a move towards delisting/relisting. It’s a logical approach. People throw around wanting to open plants a lot as well which for one isn’t trivial and comes with its own significant overhead to manage multiple facilities. I’m all for expansion over new locations
