Keep in mind the cash that's flooding in faster than what's dribbling out.
* the short pay back time on the stock etc that was purchased from the uk and fr distributors.
*the patents not only secure the future growth, they also, win back the rights to sell vmoto branded soco products in China.
* A Vmoto store is being opened in Taiwan which means they have a dealer network opening.
* That $2.9 m for the patents will come back super quick.
* owning the patents also means the JV is of no value and its management team can evaporate with what is likely to be 7 figure savings pa.
* The first $ 10.7 m for the factory flows out over what is shaping up to be a massive year. The last $ 3.3m isn't due for payment until sept 26.
