Not sure that take overs of failing businesses is necessarily a positive.
if these were takeovers on the back of business success rather than failure I would agree.
record sales and profits are nice, but this is the underlying investment thesis anyway. Don’t think anyone invests in Vmt on a cash cow basis to harvest dividends. One could look at the results as a loss of market share in a rapidly growing industry and market. The European electric motorcycle market grew fast than Vmt’s sales.
