my thinking on this was that any distribution agreement would likely have become null & void with the company going into administration (i.e. in the small print of the agreement) & would automatically give Vmoto the right to break if desired... my thinking is that there would be some protection in some such circumstances to prevent a competitor buying the distribution agreement for cents on the dollar & blocking VMT market access (just my thoughts though)
