Vmoto UK Distribution Limited is now defunct and Vmoto Soco UK (VMT's UK subsidiary) has bought it's operational assets.
“Vmoto UK Distribution Limited will not trade under the Vmoto name” is simply making clear that the company (which is under administration) may no longer use the Vmoto name, as it has lost the Vmoto UK distributorship. Actually a moot point as it is no longer trading and will likely be wound up.
UK B2C distribution will now revert to VMT through Vmoto Soco UK.
