Is it the 'major discount to VWAP' that spooks you or that the company is after cash this early? We have been lead to believe that the books are healthy (where have I heard that before) and operations will not be significantly affected by the virus. If so, maybe it is just a management precautionary measure and getting in early while cash is around? I would be very interested to know why they would be 'desperate for cash'.
