Yeah, it is pretty much the lack of PE funds availability atm to finace money losing companoes. Only option is to get the Manufacturer to supply the stock for free. Vmt like all other chinese based manufacturers, have tremendous excess capacity and they need to fill it in. Zenion wouldn't have the cash to pay for CPXs and so VMT issues these credit notes to them that cancels out the amounts from sale, so that nothing is due.
