Great bit of news from VMT the masters of the deal.
Gets an order for 1,400 CPX where they sell direct with no middlemen and give credit note of(£ 497,000) that's £ 355 /CPX or 13% of the current price. They "grease the pole" they need to slip the customer along to get the sale by giving up a very small part of their gross margin and end up owning 11% of a value add business that might well end up being worth something.
The flexibility payment plan (Vmoto rent ) fires up sales. by giving individual food outlets all they need to finance a delivery fleet which they rent to riders.
The Vmoto Investment program which started with Charged, may following the introduction of third party funding through Vmoto rent , allow rental business operators like Charged and Xenon to finance their fleets and not have to raise heaps of equity. If so the ownership of shares in these businesses could well become worth something worthwhile.
