Having googled Nova Machina, I think they are right - It's probably not market-sensitive.
Nova have 2 employees according to Linked In and don't appear to be in the Electric Motorcycle business.
They are more about ICE to electric conversions of cars.
I also found that they have a fundraising page that shows they have raised not very much.
The Nova CEO is speaking at a conference this week, so probably that drove the announcement's timing.
