I would have preferred a premium too. I just can't muster the energy to get too worked up about it when I got to buy shares @$0.17 a few weeks ago. Right now the five day VWAP is sitting a bit under $0.50 and the one month is about $0.45.

It's all part of the journey of growing from small cap into something much bigger. Now that we are over $100m market cap we are more likely to be of interest to larger institutional investors. With only $137,000 average daily traded (last 30 days) getting a few early adopter institutional stakeholders on board through some strategic capital placements is all par for the course and part of the journey. Lack of liquidity of trading in a stock becomes a barrier to further appreciation of market cap.

Anyway, the share price has gone a bit parabolic of late. A pull back is to be expected. Given I am free carried on about half my holding now I'm not sure I can be bothered trading VMT at the moment. Let your profits run.
