Probably to be expected with many markets shutdown due to Covid. And After the first half many might have held cash back, waiting for 2021 to deploy that cash when they expect the vaccines to be pushed out. That's happening now in many countries so i think many orgs will be deploying the cash that was meant for last year.
Perhaps todays announcement (Largest order so far) hints at that prospect?
