Hi V. Yes I understand all that. My thinking is simply that if Super Soco were thinking of trying anything cute (legal shenanigans), VMT will still have the second factory in case of any disruption of production at the current factory, thus making any such move a non-starter. I'm not saying that this was ever likely to happen, just that with the new factory VMT will have even more leverage than they did already.
