Three years since the Chairman left, share price trending down ever since - on that timeframe it does not reflect the market, it 100% reflects the company’s governance and engagement with the market, Blind Freddy can see that. A small non-price sensitive announcement dribbled out of the blue late in the day is nothing. Positive announcement but it’s not going to turn around a three year share price downtrend
