Good news! I reckon it's not price sensitive because it's non-binding, but this is big nonetheless. I like the strategy that Vmoto is using to get into these potentially huge Asian markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.) by partnering with the local companies. If it does not work the downside is limited, but the potential gain is very big.
