The notice of AGM shows the following increases compared to the previous year:
Charles Base Salary increased by 26%
Charles number of performance shares increased by 39%
Ivan Base Salary increased by 48%
Ivan number of performance shares increased by 49%
I encourage ALL shareholders to vote no to the renumeration report and grant of even more performance shares.
