Hi Rojam your not looking closely enough at what is going on.

One Chinese linked company on the ASX rose to great heights after the Covid crash in March 20 only to fall again when covid came back with a vengeance followed by Russia invading Ukraine, both of which caused high inflation and interest rate rises.

Punters left equities in their droves which meant that the money that was left in the market was spread more thinly and Share Prices fell.

Its a cyclical market. When uncertainty rises money flows out of equities into cash and property. When confidence returns money flows back into equities.

If you look at my earlier post comparing the different players its very evident that during the last three years of cyclical change the The Australian, Indian, American and Chinese markets were all dancing to the same tune.

Vmoto fell from 30c to 11 cents in March 20 ( I emptied the toy box to buy shares). It rose to 65c at an eye watering pace when all the folks in lockdown took money out of super to get rich quick on the Stock market and added Billions of dollars to the value of the market. No new companies just a lot more money in the market which lifted valuations. Covid returned and the rest is history.

VMT has been a very compelling story ever since the CUX got the Ducati badge which was the first jump in the chart back in 2019. Market conditions and fickle punters just keep providing new opportunities. Be great to have a crystal ball.
