It's good to know VMT will be limiting any wasted/empty space between their two facilities and gaining some rental income from them in the meantime.

I wonder if new/unannounced JV partner/s are currently in their utilising the space already?

FYI I topped up the other day at 11.5 cents. Amazing value which is why the price has not collapsed on the back of the poor quarter's news and the 2024 projection.

NTA at my last calculation were about 19 cents per share, and even if we take off a 3 million dollar predicted loss for the year (if it should occur), at 12 cents per share we are still getting around a 36% discount on the companies total assets (cash and physical).

Meaning we are getting the entire brand/business/relationships/knowledge etc., for free.
