I guess a recent shareholder like you could have a lot of patience.

So if our profits and cashflow double from now in the next year and share price stayed the same, you are okay with it? Wasn't that the case this year?

All it takes is a significant shareholder to be pissed and start selling, our share price will go down 30-50%? How many times have you seen that? I have seen that quite a few times being a shareholder for close to 10 years.

Imagine US markets at all time high get a 15% correction in the next 3-6 months, do you think we will stay at 40 cents?

Yes, that's what I did, send a whiny letter and also include a list of recommendations. I own slightly more than a million shares, I would imagine they would lend me a listening ear, if not, me selling out could cause a dent in the share price.

    My recommendations
    - Issue a small dividend
    - Invite a significant brand/company to take a 10-20% stake in VMT
    - Acquire Super Soco with the cash + shares
    - Hire a full time PR or Cheif Marketing Officer
    - Appoint a Chairman
    - Re list in London or via SPAC in US

Whats your suggestions? Sit and wait? We could do that and let management do what they want, when was the last time you see a 100mil market cap company management being a 2 man show?
