The key comment that keeps cropping up on a regular basis is the lack of and poor communication.
I imagine you've got plenty of skin in the game and you have a direct line to the Big Kahuna.
Any chance you could have a quiet word to him on the financial benefits to shareholders, including himself, on talking the company up, particularly its achievements and highly probable prospects.
Otherwise we'll all be sitting here writing the same stuff 2 years from now.
