Remember that we are loowing at a company in "growth" mode and that cash needs to be built up. They only moved into making profits 12-18 months ago. $17mil is still a really small amount of cash to hold. They need to grow that so dividends will be a long time coming.
At this point in time, small companies need constant updates (if anything is actually happening of course). So, communication is the key to success.
I do agree - risks with Chinese entities are not being welcomed at the moment.
