I thought it was to diversify into the reit game as they rent out the extra space?
Interesting thst despite the drop in units we are still cashflow positive.
Also seems they have provided the half year cash balance by mistake, should be showing the q3 cash balance which i think is a fair bulit lower given the various purchases etc.
I am likely out this morning, will follow from the sidelines in case the market turns.
