Yes correct administration is probably more favoured then share consoildation. Reasoning is only major creditor is Vlad, he is smart not drawn down funds from line of credit in place as he rather loan SRN funds give him fulling control of assets. Share consoildation will reduce his shares but percentage of ownership will be same but as SRN will CR old vlad will need to participate in raise he prefer administration bascally get all assets can relist new company when market improve. Eitherway long term holders are biggest losers here.
