Is there a new technology available that will de-value the company's infrastructure?
Is another company bringing a competing/alternative offer to the market?
Is the regulatory environment changing to the company's detriment?
Is the company subject to mismanagement/fraud/embezzlement?
Is there a damaging lawsuit or license claim against the company?
Will communication and IT infrastructure become less important to business in the near future?
