For NBN they test for 'Reliable connection' which has very little to do with the ISP, only backhaul, but find 10% variation in responses, and how does an end user give an informed response to something like that (out of 10)
Also, objectively Dodo is value for money, 'value seekers' are the brands targeted demographics, but measured by price of services its ranked one of the worst.
I think its measuring customer perception rather than reality, but it should still be seen as a warning sign.
e.g. the problem isnt that Dodo arent 'value for money', the problem is that Dodo isnt known to be value for money.
The problem isnt that Dodo is slow and unreliable, the problem is that there is a incorrect perception that it is.
