sell whilst you can. Management has done nothing for 3 years. NZ could have been sold 3 yrs ago for a good price - there has never been any trouble getting it away. All they've done is sit and do absolutely nothing. Meanwhile the market is shifting again and they are in danger of being stranded - NBN is coming.
If they had sold retail for at least book that would have been something else.
