If you think Management have nothing for 3 years, then you need to go back and do your homework.
For a start, the current management haven't been there for 3 years, and there have been a lot of internal reorganization, reducing complexity.
They could have sold NZ 3 years ago, but they have had 3 years of growth since then, they where seen as a distressed seller by many of the suitors, they will obviously they will get a better price now that NZ division is stronger.
