The move to acquire low latency capacity into SE Asia is definitely a good one. A little disappointed that the announcement lacked detail though. What are the capacity arrangements, and what are they costing?
The share price move on low volume is unlikely related to the announcement.
As for a takeover of BGL - it would have to be done at a much lower price than what I reckon most BGL shareholders would be willing to accept in order for it to be of continuing value to VOC. I am happy with the current strategy. If BGL was suddenly available at an attractive price then that might be a different story.
