"Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) is an Australian telecommunications company providing mobile and fixed broadband services. VHA’s 4G mobile network covers more than 22 million Australians, and the company has commenced the rollout of its 5G mobile network. Vodafone nbn™ fixed broadband services are available in capital cities and selected regional centres.

VHA is a 50:50 joint venture between Vodafone Group Plc and Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited. As at 31 December, 2019, VHA’s mobile customer base was approximately 5.75 million and its fixed broadband base was 114,000.

VHA’s unique consumer and enterprise initiatives include $5 Roaming and no lock-in handset plans for mobile customers, and Instant Connect and 4G back-up for fixed customers.

VHA employs around 1,500 people at its Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth offices, contact centre in Hobart and approximately 100 company-owned retail stores throughout Australia."
