Once again, small holders denied the right to make a decision (i.e. sell on market for whatever price than can get) so that large shareholders can be enticed/begged to buy more.
As I said before, the longer this drags on, the less equity remaining once administrators come in.
We could well be in suspension until they decide to pull up stumps, locking everyone in.
