The things to consider are:

who - they say a major public screening programme. I infer from this that it’s major outside of the USA. The NZ screening programme have never been described as ‘major’. The NHS have been running pilots of Volpara for some time. If the NHS sign up surely this is a company maker?

how much: a major signup - could this potentially significantly impact ARR?

timeframe - will be on line from early 2020 - so we can expect the contract value will be highlighted in the 4c, if the client has not announced by then we will have an idea by the value.

what would a major screening programme be worth?

If it was the NHS screening programme 2.59 million women aged 50-70 were invited for breast screening in England during 2016-17. This compares with 2.48 million in 2015-16 and 2.07 million in 2006-07.

Previous information published says $1.60 - $5 us per screening. Let’s call it $2.50 per women could be a $5M contract per year. Next few weeks will be interesting

And that's why I decided to buy in this past week. I still feel it's overpriced based on the most recent financials, but a major screening program about to kick off or be announced, I think that's worth dipping my toes in the water.
