Hmm - I am sure Terri is a nice person and maybe even a strategic thinker with a warm heart.

However - is this what the company needs in the current position as CEO? They seem to do ok-ish in technology (and yes, I think it is good to keep Ralph in this area), but asking Terri to do the hard nosed job of pushing the company forward? Increase marketshare, increase margins, reach break even, fight competition? Ralph was not particular good in that domain ... but Terri?

Neither a degree in Zoology nor a nursing degree qualifies you to do that - and not sure VHT is the best vehicle for somebody who might have good ideas and intentions (but never learned to implement and push them) for a test run as CEO.

VHT was one of these companies I bought in because I liked their product ... but hey, they are still here to make money, aren't they?
