1. So the take offer is announced officially on the company the website thus from your message below, is it still pending of NZ regulator to approved it, therefore does that means it is not official yet?

2. with regards to the selling the shares. if i dont sell it the company will automatically offer it shares holder 1.15? Is my understanding correct?
