Volpara announced via the ASX that they expect shareholder approval will be sought via a meeting of shareholders which is expected to be held in early Q2 2024.
It is my understanding that Q2 2024 refers to calendar year as the company released Q2 2024 financials in November 2023. Therefore, expect any meeting to be held early April-June 2024.
