There's a timeline on Page 82 of the Scheme Implementation Agreement.
I suspect we are up to Item 9 and just awaiting a court date before the Scheme Booklet (and date of the Scheme Meeting) is released to shareholders.
There's probably a way to look up the court date in NZ like there is in Australia, but I can't be bothered. If you're really interested please feel free and share here!
