I think targeting "Elephants" is smart. Once all the big players are using it, it becomes an industry standard and the littler hospitals/screening places should seek Volpara out on their own. It might take longer to sign them up but probably less leg work then trying to chase lots of leads. Especially if they are pulling back on purse strings in a recession. Its the same strategy Pushpay used in signing up the large Churches over the smaller ones in the US.
