I am sure they would love to wait till 'funding' to pay rap, if they can, given the current office cashburn and tardy Prospectus submission....rap has been approved by the valuations director and now at regional level so l think Co already has a definute idea of what they are 'up for' but haven't told investors....could be awkward if compensation needed on LIC issuance before/if bond raising is completed...l would hope compensation only payable if machines were to move-in tho.
