You may well be right plugger ...but it 'seems clear' the Co should not have known this and 'probably' not made false and misleading statements about their progress and 'no doubt' should be the ones informing the market...if that is case...after all, BoDs are paid handsomely to not do much these days...or perhaps they're planning the next CR to maintain their salary structure.....joke imo
