I would like you you to substantiate this comment if you can graphine...'if' the weather is as 'bad' as you say, my experience suggests 'normal' isolated, long-distance 'bitumanised' roads can have 'serious' weather related issues also...if not worse.... A bitumen road 'washout', or 10, can take a long time to 'fix'....I am sure Co is 'aware' of this though. Have you seen the pfs 'figures' re transport?...and the alternatives?
