Agree, positive change. Prashant being US based is closer to Volt's target markets, partners (AETC) and potential customer base (24M, Graphex, Urban Electric Power, Apollo Energy, ESD, etc) . This, plus having a singular focus should help drive outcomes shareholders have been waiting for - offtakes, funding and downstream processing in the US. Hopefully he's a "closer" given his business development & sales industry experience and in his first 3 months can execute binding contracts.
By TM moving to Executive Director, Volt still retains the history/experience, relationships and IP within the company which is important when transitioning to a new CEO.
Quite a few have been calling for this change, so imagine a few happy holders with today's news.
