100% a lot of potential here, but I scratch my head at the timing of this CR. Why not in lead up to 24M news when SP was stronger or hit pause for a day or two after recent rally. Surely both scenarios had a better vwap. There may be more to it, but it seems a bit inept.
Thankfully further catalysts coming.
