I would expect VRC to place itself under suspension voluntarily in wake of the current Ukrainian situation because VRC's only graphite production plant in Ukraine currently isn't operating in circumstances beyond its control.
Virtually, nothing is happening at VRC end other than waiting and waiting......for situation in Ukraine to cool down and graphite production plant to restart....!
However, I'm afraid this isn't going to happen in a distant future due to broken down bridges, power plants ........etc that are needed to restart the graphite production plant ..( see news of TV on Ukrainian situation as to what is going on...)
So, I'll have a more realistic approach on VRC in the given situation.......and wait until....situation in Ukraine is back on the track...
