The advantage in this case, however, is that the bundling of suppliers makes it more attractive for the large manufacturers, since they have the opportunity to get everything from a single source. For VRC, the tiresome search for land is eliminated and they have direct access to a construction company (Yates) and the financing for a project of this magnitude (government funding programs should also be much easier and faster to access via ESD).
Not the worst business model if you ask me. The "super sites" option is becoming more popular in the states in general
