reading this and other articles is ESD just a industrial park developer that gets like minded business to rent or buy their buildings? Or does ESD actually manufacture bateeries themselves? Reading between lines looks like we are renting space in their development to work with other companies that rent or buy space their also and ESD facilitate these companies coming together in one location. Am I reading it right?
