Moving in the right direction, but now need to turn those "Letters of support" into Binding offtakes. The letters of commitment/support are good enough to progress the concept paper submission for the grant funding as it demonstrates VEM's integration into the USA battery market.
The increase to 10,250tpa capacity at CSPG current pricing of US$6000/t yields a potential revenue of USD$61.5m ($AUD 91m), production cost estimated at about half of this.
If pricing were to come up back to the USD 8000-11000/t levels (due to demand increase) the economics of the downstream Battery Anode plant increase considerably, e.g. @ $8000t potential revenue = USD$81.5m (AUD $121m)
