yes they could. But isnt the proposed strength of the application for the grant the fact that Volt will be a supplier/producer of the graphite?

Otherwise why are they even on the application?

I can see why PC is trying everything he can but unless Bunya is a producer or at least a fully funded proposition that will come on line i can't see why the application for a grant has any legs.

The bottom line always comes down to getting funding for Bunya. And that is something that has dragged on for years and years and still ;looks like being nowhere despite endless promises from the company including PC.
