When I look at the announcements of the last 18 months, he has passed on exactly what he could. People tend to forget that not all graphite is the same. The material has to be adapted to the customer's wishes in the test phase (2-3 years!) through constant exchange. This also requires the necessary expertise or a chemical engineer who is available in a timely manner. Similar requirements also apply to the DOE application.

The time required for this funding opportunity alone is very difficult to estimate.
There is only one attempt and you should make sure that everything is applied for as required.
Prashant Chintawar is exactly the right man in the USA for both areas, imo. He has proven it once before, he will do it again.
