You need to put that 4.55% in to perspective. When dealing in such low number like 2.2 cents, the minimum change is 0.1 cent or $0.001.
aAso, I believe (as I have speculated before) this will continue to fluctuate between 1.8 and 2.2 cents until funding is confirmed at least. Then still there is the green field construction before any generation of revenue.
There is progress but until their is revenue being generated I don't expect dramatic change.
Were you expecting a different outcome in the pricing after ML confirmation? If so what were you expecting?
