Maybe because it is a single trading day between Xmas and the weekend? I would think a lot of investors and traders are not aware of the announcement.
Perhaps in the new year we will see a rise based on today’s information, maybe brokers will start to recommenced VRC.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the 40mil is ready to go. This is what Trevor, the board and the hired help have been working on in conjunction with the listing approvals.
